Reproducimos a continuación el texto de la comunicación: <br /><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:black;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black;"></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:black;"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 11pt; color: black;"> Hemos presentado desde AVEI (con el apoyo de APEOGA) una denuncia ante el Servicio de Inspección y Sanciones del ICAA (Instituto de </span></span></b><b><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="color: black;">la Cinematografía</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="color: black;"> y de las Artes Audiovisuales) por múltiples irregularidades e incumplimientos de la normativa audiovisual llevados a cabo por 12 webs de descargas a través del procedimiento denominado streaming. text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:black;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Las irregularidades cometidas por las 12 webs denunciadas </span></span><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:black;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black;">consisten en difundir títulos sin la pertinente calificación por grupos de edades y sin el número de expediente del ICAA preceptivo, o difundir obras audiovisuales sin haber sido calificadas por el ICAA, por lo que según </span></span><span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="color: black;">la nueva Ley</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="color: black;"> del Cine podrían ser sancionadas con hasta 40.000 euros de multa por título (Artículo 39.2.c.
